Understanding BIM Workflow with ARCHICAD Workshop
In this Workshop we presented the best practices for BIM Workflow (Building Information Modelling) to model, document, manage and collaborate on a team project. All presentation activities were based on simulation of a real project, starting with understanding of the BIM Concept, using predefined BIM Template in Albanian version, and the four project stages which follow (Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation)
To build a successful BIM Project, we must clearly define key aspect of the project workflow, define and develop all project goals, responsibilities and deliverables which are included in BIM Template_Alb.
